Begin Your Journey; you do not have to navigate this alone.
Perimenopause and menopause can feel disorienting, exhausting, and unlike anything you expected. The mood shifts, anxiety, sleep changes, brain fog, grief, rage, and questions about identity can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and unsure of what’s happening.
The transition through perimenopause and menopause is far more than a physiological shift; it is a profound psychological and emotional evolution. This stage of life can stir deep questions of identity, legacy, and purpose. You may find yourself navigating a landscape of shifting moods, unexpected anxiety, or a sense of losing yourself while simultaneously managing the complexities of family, career, and aging parents.
I support women in perimenopause and menopause with care that is compassionate, honest, and grounded in the realities of this transition. Together, we work through the challenges and uncover the strength, clarity, freedom, and self-trust that can emerge along the way. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and recognize the unexpected gifts menopause can bring, including deeper authenticity, stronger boundaries, renewed purpose, and a more meaningful relationship with your body and your life.
I engage in a warm, collaborative, and holistic approach that integrates evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each woman’s unique experience. My work includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address anxiety, mood changes, and negative thought patterns and insight-oriented therapy to explore identity shifts, relationships, aging, and life transitions. I also incorporate psychoeducation about perimenopause and menopause so clients can better understand the connection between hormonal changes, emotions, and overall wellbeing. Together, we work toward greater self-compassion, resilience, balance, and the ability to embrace this stage of life with clarity and confidence.
